From the producers of Don Papa Rum Gin Santa Ana represents a tribute to the inimitable days of the Manila dance floors in the 1920s, 1930s and its flagship in this sense was the legendary Santa Ana Cabaret. Immersed in the splendor of the Filipino Art Deco movement, it was considered a hot spot for the Manileños of the time. 

Tasting Notes :

A marvellous gin with a host of tropical botanicals.

A base of classic botanicals such as juniper, coriander, orange, angelica, and orris root lay the foundations for an addition of four carefully selected botanicals from the Philippines. Ylang ylang and Alpina bring delicate floral fragrance to balance the fruity zest of calamansi and dalandan citrus.

Gouden Carolus Madeira Oak (46% vol.) is an exceptional taste expression from the Molenberg Distillery. This whisky aged uninterruptedly in a selection of Madeira wine barrels made from 100% American oak.

Proefnotitie:Zoete en toch frisse muscat, in de neus de typische aroma's van de muscatdruif. In de mond een zoete aanzet en een frisse finale !

Het Huis:Domaine Gardies heeft naambekendheid verkregen vanwege zijn rode wijnen met krachtige structuren en complexe aroma’s. Hij wordt vaak omschreven als één van de beste maar eerder bescheiden wijnmakers in de Roussillon. De laatste jaren is het domein volledig biologisch gaan werken en dit resulteert in loepzuivere wijnen, die uitblinken door elegantie en finesse.

De wijngaarden zijn gelegen in de omgeving van Vingrau en Tautaval waar de rode wijnstokken op de zuid- en oostgerichte hellingen, en de witte wijnstokken op de hoger gelegen noordgerichte hellingen zich bevinden. De omgeving is een microklimaat die het best kan omschreven worden als een amfitheater.

 Ideaal bij fruitdesserts en als zomers aperitief.
