Lind & Lime Gin is forged from the talent, heritage and industry of Edinburgh and its historic distilling district of Leith. In everything that we produce, our watchword is ‘balance’. 

We create our classic robust London dry gin using 7 botanicals, juniper, coriander, angelica, liquorice, orris, fresh lime peel and aromatic pink peppercorns.

The recipe: three key flavours: 

Juniper

Juniper is the cornerstone of any true gin. It’s what makes gin gin. It evokes forest like imagery - fresh pine, juicy berries and earthy aromas.

Lime

Citrus is our signature top note not fruit pastel, confected lime, but zesty refreshing lime. We spend countless hours peeling our organic limes by hand leaving behind the pith and juice which we then use for cocktails on our tour.

Pink Peppercorns

Lime and juniper alone are not enough to create complexity in a balanced gin. We chose pink peppercorns because they have a little bit of everything, they have orange like citrus, warming spice and bursting with red fruits.

The oldest whisky in the Longrow core range, the annually released 21 year old has a different maturation with each release. Sweet peat smoke and maritime notes show Longrow at its best in this most recent edition.

Tasting Notes:

Nose : There is a savoury note in the introduction to this dram, along with hints of hazelnut and blackcurrants

Palate: Syrupy sweet yet delicate on the palate, there are notes of fizzy cola bottles and cigar box smoke.

Finish : A characteristically Longrow finish reminiscent of shingle beaches, flint and seaweed.

A limited edition Longrow Red single malt from the gang at Springbank in Campbeltown! This edition of the heavily peated whisky spent four years maturing in bourbon casks, followed by a further three years in French Pinot Noir wine casks before it was bottled at a robust 57.1% ABV.

Tasting Notes:

Nose : A herbal, vegetal note is immediately apparent in notes of tomato plant and heather, along with touches of morello cherries and smoky bacon.

Palate: Sweet and savoury meet on the palate, with notes of smoked ham, wine gums, raspberry jam and honey.

Finish : Characteristic coastal notes come to the forefront in the finish of this dram.
