RinQuinQuin is a white wine-based apéritif, with peaches, leaves of peach trees picked in autumn, sugar and  alcohol.

Tasting Notes :

Appearance: yellow with golden highlights. Its appearance is clear and brilliant.

Nose: intense on the peach flesh with a lemony, citrus note. It freshness, from peach leaves, is given by a vegetal note.

Palate: On the tongue, its peach aromas give it a very powerful sweet, fruity flavor. The taste is intense, pleasant, and rich on the peach and English candy. Rinquinquin is a light, fresh aperitif, with a round taste.

The GlenAllachie The Cuvee Cask Finish is a Speyside single malt whisky from the GlenAllachie distillery and a limited edition release in the Wine Cask Finish series. The distillery has used Languedoc and Reciota Della Valpolicella casks to finish this Wine Cask Finish bottling in that was distilled in 2012. It was bottled in 2022 at 48% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Golden Bronze.

Nose : Bursting with orange blossom, espresso, maraschino cherries and honeysuckle, with hints of candied stone fruits, hazelnuts, lavender and cinnamon

Palate : Waves of dark chocolate, redcurrants and burnt coffee beans, followed by crystalised almonds, blackberries and orange zest.

Finish: ginger and liquorice on the finish.

Het Huis: Château de Lisennes wordt sinds 4 generaties met passie gerund door de familie Soubie. Op de 52 hectares wijngaard die aaneengesloten om het château liggen staat 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon en 20% Cabernet Franc. De wijnen van Château de Lisennes zijn te vinden in meer dan 25 verschillende landen. Het château wordt regelmatig bekroond op nationale en intenationale proeverijen en in de vakpers. Château de Lisennes heeft drie milieu certificaten ontvangen als erkenning voor de duurzame landbouwtechnieken:   Terra Vitis, Sustainable Agriculture en High Environmental Value. De certificeringen zijn natuurlijk belangrijk maar waar het toch vooral over gaat is het resultaat: een gezonde wijngaard voor een goede oogst om mooie pure wijnen te kunnen maken. Sinds 2009 hebben ze 2 ECO-CERT gecertifieerde wijnen toegevoegd.
