Le domaine:Le Château Saint-Martin de la Garrigue est situé dans le Languedoc, entre Montpellier et Béziers. Il est composé de 160 hectares de propriété, alternant vignes, garrigues, pinèdes et oliviers. Ce Domaine est riche en histoire, il est composé d'une chapelle romane du IXème siècle et d'un Château de style Renaissance, un parfait équilibre entre histoire et modernité. Il est composé d'une collection de 18 cépages (10 rouges et 8 blancs) qui permet d'élaborer une gamme de vins riche et variée. La culture de la vigne et des oliviers est raisonnée et certifiée Terra Vitis. Le domaine produit en moyenne chaque année 230 000 bouteilles en AOP Languedoc, Grès de Montpellier et AOP Picpoul de Pinet commercialisées en France et à travers le monde. Un terroir riche et exclusif, de petits rendements, des vendanges à maturité maximale, des assemblages complexes donnent des vins concentrés et aromatiques, récompensés sur les nombreux concours de dégustation en France et à l'international.

Coquillages et crustacés, sushis, poissons grillés ou marinés. Passé son premier hiver s’accorde très bien avec asperges, artichauts et fromage de chèvre sec.

Using a botanical selection based on the limon mandarino, a hybrid between a mandarin orange and a lemon, they have created a wonderful, citrus-forward gin and given it the rather regal name, Treasure. After distillation, it is aged in rum barrels for 35 weeks to enhance and round out the flavours.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Warming sawdust, flamed orange peel, a good whack of mint.

Palate: Redcurrant, pink peppercorn, oak gives it a very subtle smoky edge.

Finish: Salted caramel and fresh lemon.

This single malt has been finished in barrels that previously held peated whisky, giving it mellow smoke notes alongside the classic Pulteney character.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Rich gold

Nose: Rich and warming. Brimming initially with mellow wood smoke, honey and oily leather, blooming later into crisp green apple. Creamy vanilla and a hint of burnt toffee in the background.

Palate: Freshly-ground spices and soft vanilla balance the notes of smoke and peat fire. There are both richly sweet and distinctly salty coastal flavours in the background, together reminiscent of salted caramel.

Finish: Lingering thyme honey and earthy malt.
