12 year old single malt Scotch whisky from GlenAllachie This expression features whisky matured in Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso and virgin oak casks, resulting in a huge flavour profile of fruit, oak and vanilla.

Tasting Notes:

 Nose: Fried banana, almond, cola cubes, freshly cut oak.

Palate: Stem ginger and sultana, oily barley and buttery vanilla.

Finish: Very slightly chocolatey on the finish.

Le domaine:  La compagnie Aveleda tire ses origines des années 1870. Elle a été fondée par Manoel Pedro Guedes, un ancien membre du Parlement qui était  le neuvième héritier d’une splendide villa portugaise, connue sous le nom de Quinta da Aveleda, à laquelle le vin éponyme doit soit nom. 

Entre tradition et modernité, entre terroir et innovation, le vin Aveleda est un digne représentant d’un domaine en constante évolution. Un assemblage des cépages Loureiro, Arinto et Trajadura, considérés parmi les meilleures variétés de raisin pour la production du Vinho Verde, le vin Aveleda  Vinho Verde est plaisant et accessible.
